We are proud to present the 2010 Taxation of Business Transactions seminar. During this one-day seminar, our facility will discuss tax planning ideas and updates for both public and private businesses, with an emphasis on the complex tax issue that many companies will face as a result of the troubled economy. Our faculty consists of some of the most knowledgeable and experienced speakers from corporations, law firms, public accounting firms, financial institutions and government agencies. The seminar will be hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia.

Continuing Education Credits

Upon conclusion of this seminar, attendees will be familiar with the topics listed in the agenda. This is an instructor-led, intermediate level seminar and no advance preparation or prerequisites are required. It is anticipated that 7.5 CPE hours will be awarded upon completion of this seminar. 6.5 General CLE credit hours will be offered, including 1.0 hour of pending Professionalism.
